Q.01What is a legit check?
You give DripSnitch one of your Roblox items. It searches the Marketplace, compares every listing with your item and tells you which ones are copies of yours, with the seller, price and upload date.
Q.02Is DripSnitch affiliated with Roblox?
No. DripSnitch is independent. It only reads the public Marketplace, the same listings anyone can open.
Q.03Do you need my Roblox password?
Never. You sign in with Discord or Google, and we only use public Marketplace links. Anyone asking for your Roblox password or cookie is trying to take your account.
Q.04How does it know a listing is a copy?
DripSnitch compares your item with every listing it finds, whatever the listing is called. It looks for re-uploads, recolors, flips and edits, and for suspicious listings it checks the item files too, including clothing templates and 3D models. Exact matches are re-uploads. Close matches are usually recolors or edits, marked for you to review. Every match shows why it was flagged.
Q.05Which items are supported?
Classic shirts, pants and t-shirts, layered clothing, and accessories (hats, hair, face, neck, shoulder, front, back and waist), faces and heads.
Q.06Does DripSnitch take the copies down for me?
No. Roblox only accepts copyright reports from the rights holder, so you send them. DripSnitch writes the full report for every copy with both links filled in.
Q.07What if a copy was uploaded before my item?
DripSnitch flags it and doesn't prepare a takedown. That listing might be the real original, and reporting the real creator can get your own account penalized.
